2. Service Bookings & Cancellations

Local Pankaj facilitates connection to verified technicians for appliances and home repair services. When you book a service:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete details about the required service, address, and contact information.
• Service rates are estimates and may vary based on actual work requirements, components/spares required, and technicians' diagnostics.
• Cancellations can be made before a technician is dispatched. Cancellations after dispatch may be subject to a nominal convenience fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

We strive to keep pricing transparent and upfront. Payment for services can be made online via integrated payment methods (e.g. Razorpay) or directly to the technician as agreed during booking.

All spare parts provided during repair services carry their respective manufacturer or platform-specified warranties. Platform service warranty is subject to standard terms (typically 6 months as listed).

4. User Accounts & Security

If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and restrict access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Local Pankaj, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform or services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party or technician on the service.
• Any content obtained from the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
